Bob Boufford has 30 years of experience teaching and supporting instructors in higher education. He has been a professor, an instructional trainer, and a support specialist for learning systems. His role at Respondus is the oversight of customer implementation and technical support. Prior to working with Respondus, Bob was the Strategic Team Lead for the Centre for Teaching and Learning at the University of Alberta.
