I have worked as an advisor, AISI Math leader, consultant and presenter. I am in my thirty-first year of teaching - currently on-line High School Math, Physics & Art and serving as Principal of the on-line school, PAVE. I have spoken provincially, nationally and internationally on topics relating to teaching mathematics, on-line education, Moodle and assessment.I am have just completed a mini book intended for instructors using the Moodle Quiz module, published Jan 2013 by Packt Publishing.
I live in Northwestern Alberta near Wanham, Alberta, Canada and run a tree farm (blue spruce and a variety of deciduous trees) with my two children. I enjoy travel, drawing, painting, making stained glass, skiing, snow shoeing and gardening in my free time.
